Saturday, 22 March 1788 (Reading Mercury) Thomas Rider indicted for stealing in the dwelling house of of Thomas Daley in the parish of Bisham on 21st July 1787; and stealing therefrom a pair of shoes (valued at 2/-), a pair of silver buckles (valued at 12/-), 4 pounds of bacon (valued at 2/-), 2 pounds of bread (valued at 3d) and 2 razors and cases (valued at 8d).
